Sasria Soc Ltd is a 40-year-old insurance company that focuses on special short-term risks. The Corporate social investment programme forms an integral part of their value creation process. It is a key instrument that they use to improve our business, the country’s financial and insurance industries, and overall communities. Sasria has identified four pillars, which they actively develop and maintain. These include education, skills development, humanitarian and staff initiatives, and community upliftment.
Team Habana is an experiential learning programme designed to develop young people’s confidence and competence in a range of leadership behaviours for them to fully discover their leadership potential.
This Phaphama program is a partnership between the Bryan
Habana Foundation, CoolPlay and The Trust Connection. The goals are to instil sound values, develop leadership with integrity and be actively involved in school, home and community give back initiatives.
